1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PublishFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PublishFlow is a content publishing tool that allows users to upload and publish video content to their TikTok accounts through TikTok's official Content Publishing API. The App acts solely as an intermediary publishing tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with TikTok's Terms of Service.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the App, you must authenticate with your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0. The App requests the following permissions:

user.info.basic — To verify your identity and display your TikTok profile information
video.publish — To upload and publish videos to your TikTok account on your behalf

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload and publish through the App. You are solely responsible for:

The content you upload, including ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content you publish

The App does not store, modify, or redistribute your content beyond what is necessary to facilitate the upload to TikTok.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name "PublishFlow", logo, and code, is the property of the App developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App developer is not responsible for:

Any issues arising from TikTok's platform, API availability, or policy changes
Content published by users through the App
Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with TikTok's official Content Publishing API. Your use of TikTok's services is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
